Yes it is! It is based entirely on how you can live safely, truthfully and purposefully in the Now every minute of the day. The central aim is to balance and align all aspects of the self, mental, emotional, body and higher self with the soul' s uniqueness.Central to the the Reach Potential self-discovery education is the fact that no one process fits all people for all circumstances. Each of our processes automatically adjusts to suit your own personality dynamics.
Our processes honour the power and wisdom of YOUR higher self, not ours! They uncover and promote your uniqueness, which is the source of your greatest fulfilment and contribution to life. These processes guide you to find your own "inner truth solutions" rather than advising general - and rather vague on detail - principles such as "Have self-belief."
Instead you will learn exactly what steps you need to take help your brain conform to those states you desire to achieve, such as self-belief - or creative power, inner peace, good decisions to create success. and happier relationships etc.
The following email correspondence with a new student illustrates this:

I know that I am a broken record about a lot things in my life, but I don't know how to really move beyond that. I know that I don't have to rescue anyone, no one is making me feel bad but me, but I don't know how to put it into practice. I keep going back to my old ways. I also don't know how to feel strong about what I want and what I believe in when other people are telling me otherwise. I have read so many self-help books and have done so many courses and could psychoanalyse myself till the cows come home, but so far I haven't been able to make certain things change. I don't know what my issue is, in a paragraph or less, lol.

I can't reply in a paragraph or less! But this is what you can expect from our work together.
This is how it goes for most people using self help material. They read the books - often learning very good general principles. They try to force themselves to do what is suggested, e.g., "Be self-loving". But they don't know what self-love for them actually is, and most importantly they don't know how to apply it IN THE MOMENT, (what Eckhart Tolle calls the Now) where the centre of power for change rests.
Self-love is really the ability to care for and respect the self. But the self is always moving. One minute we are referencing our self through the physical - I need a stretch now. The next moment we reference through the mental: I want to know more about that now. And same for emotional stuff. Obviously then, self-love, as just one aspect of self development, is always, always changing. A book written last year or even put out in a PDF today CANNOT tell you what self-love for you is and what you need to do now.
It takes an expansion of self-awareness to learn to identify in the moment what precise type of care you need to give yourself. This happens automatically using our simple daily visuals.
It is not really your weak will or lack of theoretical knowledge that is the problem in failure to evolve as fast as you would wish: it is the unconsciousness about the real cause of the trouble and the knee jerk reaction of lack of balanced awareness with its attendant procrastination and fear. This is what our visuals do and why RP stuff is so different. It grows your ability to identify the source of a problem response and then provides the method to change it as it occurs.
Because people don't understand how to identify and what method to use to change the brain, they either give up "personal growth" and hate themselves (happy negative ego!) or they force themselves into self-discipline to change the neural habit. A minority rely on "higher self" insights that they cannot put into effect because the rest of the self is not ready for change. These methods are very slow or ineffective, and the amount of change that can take place limited. But with the RP visuals you will change many things fast without effort.
