Tips for working the transition energy of 2010 and beyond Print

This article will be of most value to those who are familiar with personal growth methods that focus on working personal energy. The New World energy that has flowed over humanity this year is stronger and faster than the old world energy. 2010 is a year of strengthening as we all adapt to it. Some will feel the effects in bodily symptoms like bouts of sleeplessness, and uncharacteristic floods of anxiety. Dramas will occur in those areas where your consciousness is not cleared of anxiety, fear and anger.

The positive side of the change is that, by focusing in clearing problems within your own consciousness, manifestation of positives can take root more quickly and more powerfully than before. This will in itself assist you to move into the new consciousness.

The downside however is that there will be a feeling of urgency that can be overwhelming.  For that reason it is important that you do not linger in a negative state but get back to balance. When you feel uncomfortable the following techniques can be useful:

  • Identify and release the discomfort using any appropriate technique immediately. Allow the energy to wash over you rather than fight it.
  • Do not stop to process why this might be happening. It is unnecessary and actually counterproductive to look to the past.
  • Focus your attention and energy on where you want to go right now.This may simply be that you want to make a delicious dinner tonight. In short, go back to self-love.
  • Keep drawing to mind the larger dream you have for that step: for example, that you are learning to cook creatively.
  • If you find you are not in a space to actually do something towards a dream, focus on any self-loving technique that brings you back to comfort.
